JACKSONVILLE, Fla., June 17, 2016 – The Jacksonville Public Library will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the opening of the Mandarin Branch Library with an Open House and community celebration on June 18. City Council Member Tommy Hazouri will present a City Council resolution commemorating the anniversary and the library’s service to the community. The event is open to the public.
