Jax Makerspace Gallery

The Jax Makerspace Gallery in the Main Library is hosting a new Exhibit called Living History: A Cultural Mosaic, Nov.1, 2017 – Jan. 28, 2018.

Living History: A Cultural Mosaic features artists from diverse cultural backgrounds who express their stories through mixed media art forms. The art represents their stories of migration to and finding refuge in Jacksonville, and the cultures and traditions they carried with them. The artists explore how these cultural differences define each of them, and bring them together to the place they now call home.
