The important thing for a job fair resume is to keep it concise. Employers will be meeting dozens of candidates and receiving a resume no doubt from each one. Just handing the employer your beautiful and concise resume is not enough. Request a business card from the person you speak with at each booth and write a few notes about the conversation you had. Send them an email or thank you card referencing your conversation and where you met them to jog their memory. Follow up within 48 hours of the job fair.
