July is National Ice Cream Month! Sometimes these "national holidays" can seem silly, but President Ronald Reagan actually designated July as National Ice Cream Month in 1984. He recognized ice cream as a fun food that is enjoyed by over 90 percent of the nation's population, which makes it a little more legitimate– right?
