Learn more about issues affecting older adults from our friends at AARP Jacksonville, Alzheimer’s Association, City of Jacksonville – Senior Services, Community Hospice, ElderSource, and the Florida Department of Elder Affairs.

The Taoist Tai Chi Society® internal arts and methods incorporate stretching and turning into a sequence of 108 movements that reduce tension, improve circulation and balance and increase strength and flexibility. Often referred to as a moving meditation, this introductory class will cover the first 17 moves and explore other health benefits of Taoist Tai Chi.
