Check out live music performances and more - just for you!

Learn more about issues affecting older adults from our friends at AARP Jacksonville, Alzheimer’s Association, City of Jacksonville – Senior Services, Community Hospice, ElderSource, and the Florida Department of Elder Affairs.

Author Talk: Michael Brady

Join local author Michael Brady for a discussion of his latest book. Into The Shadows, Black River is the story of Michael Brennan, a career CIA non-official cover (NOC) intelligence officer, and his quest to identify and disrupt a plot crafted by the Islamic State terror group. After Michael travels to Israel and meets with Israeli intelligence, he partners with Elif Turan, a Mossad agent working in Turkey as a “false flag” along the Syrian border.

Monday Morning Mindfulness: an Adult Coloring Event

Are you in need of just one hour to unwind and let your mind wander?
Start your week off with us on Monday mornings. Coloring books are a new trend for adults. Coloring allows you to be creative, but not get stressed out about finishing a project. We'll discover how coloring can be as helpful as meditation.
