A Chef's Tour: Anthony Bourdain Reads

Anthony Bourdain was more than a cook.  He was a cook turned writer turned travel host. He was an activist focused on women's rights, immigration rights and dedicated to sharing travel as it really is. he dug deep in his travel, sharing gritty details and true traditions of the locations he visited. Never shying away from the food or the people or their history. Often called the Modern God of Food, he wasn't easy to get along with but his work remains an important part of current food media. Read his breakout book, Kitchen Confidential and pick up some books by fellow chef's he admired greatly.
