A Legacy of Honor & Valor Exhibit Opening featuring Harold "Hari" Jones

The 2017 Legacy of Honor & Valor exhibit presented by the Buffalo Soldiers Historical Society highlights the contributions of African Americans to the Navy and the Tuskegee Air Women. Historian, curator, author and lecturer Harold “Hari” Jones will serve as the keynote speaker for the opening event. Jones is one of the foremost experts on African Americans in the Civil War. The annual exhibit includes the contributions of African Americans in all branches of the military with new additions each year. This program is free and open to the public. Reservations are not required.
